The Gintare Wellness Method is my adapted version of the authentic ketogenic diet, with a focus on eating the right foods for your body, which simply doesn’t work the way it used to. I DON’T preach eating lots of bacon and cheese daily, so if you’re looking for that type of diet, I may not be the coach for you.
