Creamy Chicken Livers




Simple and easy to make chicken liver casserole. Sometimes our bodies are short of iron especially when we change diets. So too making sure that our bodies are properly fuelled we need to eat right. Animal organs are full of iron and extremely healthy and good for you if you follow a ketogenic diet.

Creamy Chicken Livers


Cut onion in half and slice it thin. Cut red and green peppers into medium strips.  Prep the livers, fry them in a skillet pan season with salt just a little bit not too much, add the onions and allow it for onions to caramelize. Add all green and red peppers and cook it for 5 min until it gets soft. Add all spices and tomato pure, stir well make sure it's well mixed and lastly pour coconut milk. Reduce the heat, cover the skillet with the lid and let the simmer for around 30 min, let chicken livers to absorb all the spices and to get tender. Serve hot with garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!


200g. defrosted chicken livers

1 small onion

1 small green onion 

1 small red onion 

1 tin of coconut oil 

1 tsp medium curry spice

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp dried garlic 

1 tbsp tomato paste 

2 tbsp olive  

fresh cilantro to garnish
